“The meeting of two personalities is like the contact of two chemical substances: if there is any reaction, both are transformed.” – Carl Jung

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I earned my Master’s in Psychology, Systems Counseling from the Leadership Institute of Seattle, Saybrook University. I work primarily with adults that are looking to make significant change in their lives. I approach this work primarily from an attachment perspective, it is my belief that our experiences in our family of origin shape us. I enjoy working with clients to uncover how your past might be showing up in your present and what might help to shift into a perspective and space that will serve you better. As a lifelong learner I continue to pursue training opportunities that help me better serve my clients.

I am drawn to this work to walk with others as they journey through life. It is a privilege to witness people's lives- both the joys and the sorrows- and to help navigate the challenges we all face along the way. The unique relationship between client and therapist is a gift to both.

I work with adults and couples of all ages and identities. While it is by no means the only work I do, as a member of the LGBTQ community I offer a safe place for LGBTQ people seeking support.
